Metric Descriptions
- P-Score
- The P-Score is a statistical model of MS/MS matching based on the Poisson Distribution. The best P-Score for each precursor is displayed.
- Intensity
- The "fitter" is used to compare the profile points of every MS1 against each charged isotopic distribution.* If the comparison passes with a fitter score or greater than .4 the charge state normalized intensity is added to the total intensity for the raw file.
- FWHM
- The "fitter" is used to compare the profile points of every MS1 against each charged isotopic distribution.* If the comparison passes with a fitter score or greater than .4 the charge state normalized intensity is added to the total intensity for the scan. The scan with the max intensity for a given file is determined. Half the intensity is calculated. The tool moves down the peak in both directions until it finds the first scan with less than half the max intensity. FHWM equals the retention time difference between those scans.
- Peak Area
- The "fitter" is used to compare the profile points of every MS1 against each charged isotopic distribution.* If the comparison passes with a fitter score or greater than .4 the charge state normalized intensity and scan retention time are save. The area under the intensity x retention time is the Peak Area.
- Injection Time MS1
- The total intensity for each MS1 scan is calculated. This is done by comparing each scan against each charged isotopic distribution with the “fitter”.* If the comparison passes with a fitter score or greater than .4 the charge state normalized intensity is added to the total intensity for the scan. The retention time of the MS1 with the max intensity is the Injection Time MS1.
- Injection Time MS2
- Injection Time MS2 Description
- Mass Accuracy MS1
- The "fitter" is used to compare the profile points of every MS1 against each charged isotopic distribution.* For each comparision "the fitter" returns a score, a sum intensity and an average mz error. The Mass ACC MS1 is set the the the average mz error for the scan with the highest sum intensity that also has a fitter score of greater than .4.
- Mass Accuracy MS2
- Mass Acc MS2 Description
- Explained Ion Current
- Ion Current Description
- FT Pressure
- The "FT Penning Gauge (E-10 Torr):" value from the rawfile tune data.
- B Calibration Coefficient
- The "Conversion Parameter B:" value from the rawfile trailer data.
- C Calibration Coefficient
- The "Conversion Parameter C:" value from the rawfile trailer data.
- EM Voltage 1 Normal
- The "Multiplier 1 Normal Gain (pos):" value from the rawfile tune data.
- EM Voltage 2 Normal
- The "Multiplier 2 Normal Gain (pos):" value from the rawfile tune data.
- Intensity Ratio
- Ratio of ITMS to FTMS intensities
- Charge State Similarity Score
- A score that measures the similarity between the ITMS and FTMS charge state distributions.
